Arrival at Rome’s Fiumicino airport. You will be met by a tour representative and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Welcome dinner is offered at the hotel. Overnight at your hotel.
25 Nov: Tuesday - Vatican (B) (L)
After Breakfast start your tour of Rome “The Eternal City”. In the morning, enjoy a guided tour of Saint Peter’s Basilica the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. The Vatican has an immense wealth of art and great Renaissance masterpieces. In the afternoon you have free time to visit the Roman Forum, The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Via Condotti and much more. Overnight at your hotel.
26 Nov: Wednesday - Sorrento & Amalfi Coast (B) (L)
After Breakfast enjoy a full day excursion to Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The Sorrentine peninsula and the Amalfi Coast are known for their unique landscapes where the hills, the deep valleys and majestic mountains create the most Beautiful sights in the World. Picturesque towns along the coast have been the subjects of many renowned artists, and both poets and writers have made numerous small fishing towns their home. In Sorrento enjoy a Pizza lunch and don’t forget to try the Limoncello Liqueur. Return to Rome late evening. Overnight at your hotel.
27 Nov: Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) - Rome (B) (L)
Breakfast. Americans living in Rome celebrate Thanksgiving at the Hotel Parco dei Principi. “It’s the great event of the day” Enjoy a fabulous Thanksgiving lunch Italian style. Morning and late afternoon at leisure to take in more sightseeing and perhaps enjoy a gelato or a cappuccino at the Tre Scalini Café’ in Piazza Navona where the Tartufo was invented. Overnight at your hotel.
28 Nov: Friday - Tuscany's Siena & San Gimignano (B)
After Breakfast, depart for a full day excursion to Siena and San Gimignano to discover two gems of Tuscany. Set in the the most beautiful Tuscan Countryside of rolling hills, lush vines and green olive trees, Siena offers much to see, from the fine palaces to the celebrated Piazza del Campo. Continue to San Gimignano, an Etruscan town built by noble families. Return to Rome. Overnight at your hotel.
29 Nov: Saturday - Rome (B)
Breakfast. Enjoy this full day at leisure to take an optional tour or to discover the ancient modern aspects of this cosmopolitan city. Stop at a “Trattoria” in Trastevere to try the local cuisine, sit outside a café’ on the elegant Via Veneto or maybe shop in fashionable boutiques on Via Condotti, or for a wonderful range of art, and antiques visit Via Margutta. Overnight at your hotel.
30 Nov: Sunday - Rome/New York (B)
Breakfast. Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to airport for your return Eurofly flight to New York’s JFK airport.
